No. The Constitution simply says we have a right to demonstrate. It doesn’t require anything from us except to be peaceful. And the State has to prove how we are infringing other people’s rights. Also, the police DOES NOT have a right to BEAT PEOPLE.
The idea that there are ‘appropriate channels’ and institutions to take our grievances to is a bare-faced lie. The government is corrupt and dysfunctional.
