PSL Action Takes A Break

The Castle Lager Premier League will this weekend take a break due to international games with the Zimbabwe warriors set to clash with the Lone stars of Liberia in a 2019 Africa Cup of Nations qualifier at the National sports stadium.

In a statement released on Tuesday, Premier Soccer League said games will resume on the 10th and 11th of June to give room for the Warriors game set for Sunday.

Meanwhile, the Zimbabwe Warriors will be missing the services of Khama Billiat, Willard Kastande and Nyasha Mushekwi who are vital members of the squad that participated in the Africa Cup of Nations tournament played earlier this year in Gabon.

The Caps United duo of Ronald Chitiyo and Devon Chafa, Lincoln Zvasiya from Dynamos, Sydney Linyama from Black Rhinos are among a contingent of local based players included in Norman Mapeza’s team.
