The police have shot and killed a man suspected of taking part in the ABC Auctions robbery which happened last week.
According to reports, the man died after he was in a shoot-out with the police in Epworth, Harare on Wednesday and died later in the evening from gunshot wounds.
The now deceased has been identified as Trymore Bondamakara had been linked to the $US1.4 million heist in which he and his three other accomplices who are still at large, blew up five money safes after they had tied security guards with shoelaces.
Police spokesman Assistant Commissioner Paul Nyathi said he is still compiling more details from the incident:
