A US- based non-profit organisation, Matter and their local partner, Love for Africa donated medical equipment to Lukosi Hospital in Hwange yesterday. The equipment included incubators, beds and ultrasound equipment.
President of Matter, Quenton Marty indicated that Matter had worked in over 70 countries and focused their attention on access to health. According to their website, Matter has distributed over $550 million in over 70 countries. This is the first time that Matter has worked in Zimbabwe.
Love for Africa is a Victoria Falls-based destination management company that specialises on travel in the region.
