In his album set for release on a date yet to be announced African roots musician, sculptor and business-man Bryn ‘Sekurutau’ Mteki has introduced business tycoon and Zimbabwe Football Association (ZIFA) President Dr Philip Chiyangwa onto the music scene with a song collaboration.
Speaking to 263Chat, Mteki revealed that the existing lucrative business relationship with Chiyangwa which dates back to when the former was staying in the United States of America has now spilled into music.
“I have been business friends with Dr Philip Chiyangwa back then when I was in America on the level of entrepreneurship, so our relationship dates way back as we both share the same passion of hunting for cash,” said Mteki.
He added that the song title prompted him to feature the ZIFA President as it celebrates life and success.
“The song theme is in-line with celebrating life as successful people and Dr Phil was the perfect person to do it with,” he said.
“The Album will be released when I am satisfied since I have suddenly become a perfectionist.I keep wanting to improve arrangements on certain songs,but certainly will keep my fans posted,” said Mteki.
