South African based gospel artist, Brian Nyangombe popularly known as Minister Brian has received a major boost to his emerging career after gospel heavyweights including Mathias Mhere and Reverend Chivaviro graced his debut album launch titled “Simbarashe.”
The 25-year-old singer was on cloud nine when contacted by 263Chat for an interview saying he hardly expected his inspiration, Mathias Mhere to show up for the launch together with award-winning artist Reverend Chivaviro.
“I had a chance to invite my Inspiration for my launch and he came to support me. I did not really expect him to make it because of a number of factors but I was surprised to see him showing up. Reverend Chivaviro’s attendance was further icing on the cake,” he said.
Nyagombe also said the “Favour” hitmaker took some time to advice while laying the ground work for their collaboration song.
“I also had some time with Mathias Mhere privately to get some pieces of advice and to arrange a collaboration for my next album,” he said.
Minister Brian has been active in the music industry for three years interchanging between gospel choirs and artists as a backing vocalist.
He was once a backing vocalist for Kairos Praise Choir and the late Richard Nhika.
