MDC Ready To Dialogue For The Sake Of People: Chamisa

Movement for democratic Change (MDC)  leader Nelson Chamisa has made it known that his party is more than ready and willing to dialogue with President Mnangagwa.

Chamisa said this today addressing thousands of the party’s supporters who had gathered in Glen View to pay their last respect to the late legislator Vimbai Tsvangirai java who died in the capital this week.

Chamisa said the dialogue will be a rescue mission for the country whose economy is in intensive care unit and this they will do for the people not for Mnangagwa.

“The MDC is a party which has people at heart because it was founded by someone who had an agenda of loving the people.

“That is the reason why we are ready to sit down with Mnangagwa and talk about the way forward for this country,” said Chamisa.

Chamisa went on to blast Mnangagwa adding that he inherited the
‘foolish’ behaviour from former president Robert Mugabe.

“If Mnangagwa could learn from what Tsvangirai did, he sat down with Mugabe after being beaten in Machipisa but for the sack of people he did it and problems were solved.

“He however can not feel the same because he, Mnangagwa took over foolishness from his predecessor because he does not care for the people.”

Chamisa added that for the country to move forward, there must be unity with people who are not bent on pushing their political interests

Chamisa also urged Mnangagwa to resign and open space for young people to take over saying he has been in power since Mugabe’s reign.
