Lumamba William Gerald Mutumanje was picked up from his home at 2am today and is currently being held at Southerton Police Station. Lumumba is being charged with 3 courts of fraud, smuggling and forgery of documents for a motor vehicle allegedly brought into Zimbabwe via Beit Bridge Border Post in 2008.
