Zimbabwe’s Finance Minister, Mthuli Ncube, could draw consultative lessons from his South Africa Counterpart, Finance Minister Tito Mboweni who called for radical ideas ahead of South Africa’ s mini-budget.
In a Twitter post, the Minister is asking South Africans for ideas.
