Zora music legend Leonard Karikoga Zhakata took his fans down memory lane with his hit song “Mugove” during his live stage performance on Macheso’s new album launch. Zhakata was amongst some of the supporting artists at Aquatic Complex in Chitungwiza last week who graced Alick Macheso’s Dzinosvitsa Kure new album launch.
Zhakata rose to fame in the 90s with his hit songs such as Mugove, Hupenyu Mutoro, Gomba Remarara before facing a dormant period in the past 8 years but later made a heroic come back to the music scenes with another hit song “Dhonza Makomborero”.
