Harare Magistrate Ruramai Chitumbura has yet again delayed judgement for the MDC Vice President Morgan Komichi accused of disrupting electoral process and illegally announcing victory for his party leader leader Nelson Chamisa in the 30 July Presidential elections.
Last week Friday, Chitumbura postponed Komichi ruling to today on the grounds that he was overwhelmed.
When Komichi arrived at the court today, Chikumbura was not absent forcing for a further postponement to tomorrow, 29 January.
Komichi is being charged of disrupting electoral processes when he allegedly took to the podium to announce a win for Chamisa in the 2018 presidential election.
Komichi is being represented by Obey Shava of the Zimbabwe Lawyers for Human Rights (ZLHR).
