Smart Express bus driver Cosmas Munotyeyi Marembo (50) has been denied bail by Rusape magistrate Gift Manyika who said he is a flight risk and his safety is not guaranteed out of custody given the nature of the accident.
Marembo is facing one count of culpable homicide and two counts on Road Traffic act i.e failing to report an accident within 24 hours and failing to stop after a road traffic accident and render assistance.
