Former Environment, Tourism and Hospitality Industry Minister, Prisca Mupfumira, who was in prison since 25 July over allegations of corruption involving US$95 million has been finally freed on RTGS$5 000 bail by High Court Judge, Justice Ammy Tsanga at the Harare High Court.
As part of her bail conditions, Mupfumira is expected to report at the Avondale Police Station twice every week. She has also been ordered to surrender her travel documents and title deeds to her Mount Pleasant home.
Mupfumira, (64) is expected back in court on October 4.
