High Court Judge Justice Clement Phiri has ordered ZRP not to interfere with Zimbabwe Hospital Doctors Association (ZHDA)’s protest over its missing leader Dr Peter Magombeyi and to allow ZHDA to march to Parliament on Thursday 19 September 2019 at 1:PM vindicating the doctors’ position that they are exempt from notifying ZRP under the provisions of POSA and that the prohibition of their march on Wednesday 18 September 2019 was unlawful.
