Reigning champions, FC Platinum head coach, Norman Mapeza who thrashed Dynamos two nil at Rufaro stadium on Sunday said he is not yet thinking of retaining the championship as there are still plenty of games to play.

Addressing media after the match, Mapeza preferred to be diplomatic in his approach saying he is taking each game as it comes.

“We can not talk of winning the league now because we still have plenty of games to play, if someone is talking of winning the league now, I don’t have to comment on him now.

“I can’t tell who is going to win the league at the end of the season now,” said Mapeza.

He further noted that no game is a walk over adding that he has respects for all his opponents in the league as they can spoil the party.

“I give respect to all the teams in the league, there is no club I will say is a walk over, no, I will treat every game the same as I would to Ngezi,” said Mapeza.

On Saturday Ngezi Platinum Stars won four nil against Bulawayo City with their coach Tonderayi Ndiraya admitting that FC Platinum remains his biggest threat to winning his first championship title.
