In the weekend’s main match Dynamos continued to sing the blues as they succumbed to a 1-0 loss to visiting FC Platinum. It was former Dynamos defender Gift Bello who scored the solitary goal in the 21st minute to compound more misery to the former champions who parted ways with Portuguese coach Jorge Paulo Silva after a poor string of results.
The result sparked some ugly scenes at Rufaro with some fans calling for the return of Silva and police had to come in to control the marauding fans that smashed vehicles and this could attract a heavy fine from the Premier Soccer League.
