Harare Magistrate Gloria Takundwa will today hand down her ruling on a case in which opposition Movement for Democratic Change (MDC) National Deputy Chairperson Tendai Biti is facing charges of violating provisions of the Electoral Act.
The ruling comes after a fully contested trial which spanned over six months.
Biti is represented by human rights lawyer Beatrice Mtetwa.
