Various church leaders have called for Judiciary independence ahead of Wednesday’s Presidential Election challenge which is set to be ruled over by the Constitutional Court.
The petition to challenge the 2018 Presidential Election results released by the Zimbabwe Electroplate Commission was put forward by the main opposition, the MDC Alliance led by Advocate Nelson Chamisa who is seeking a court ruling to overturn Zanu PF Presidential Candidate, Emmerson Mnangagwa’s 50.8% win citing various cases of rigging during the election.
