Seasonal joker and Member of Parliament for Buhera South, Joseph Chinotimba has responded to the call by his Zanu PF party to raise the Presidential age limit, a strategy which is being seen as an orchestrated plan to shut out ambitious opposition leader Nelson Chamisa in the next harmonized elections.
