Castle Lager Premier Soccer League week 9 fixtures is full of tight contested matches and with a possibility of a series of explosive encounters between Dynamos and FC Platinum at Rufaro Stadium on Sunday and the match between ZPC Kariba and Chicken Inn.
Troubled ZPC Kariba will host log leaders Chicken Inn at Gwanzura stadium but they will face Joey Antipas’ side without their gaffer who has been suspended by the club’s management over poor start to the season. ZPC Kariba has been struggling in their campaign to the season this year despite finishing second last season.
Another promising encounter is the match between Harare giants Dynamos who host FC Platinum on Sunday at Rufaro stadium. The Glamour boys will be seeking to turn the tables around after two defeats in a roll. Whilst FC Platinum will go into the game with their tales high after they humiliated How Mine by 3-0 at Mandava Stadium.
Dynamos coach David Mandigora, has an uphill task against the visitors who are on top their game at the moment and try to easy up the pressure mounting against him over the last two defeats.
Bulawayo giants Highlanders will host the Sunshine City boys at Barbourfields Stadium on Sunday. Bongani Mafu will be hoping to maintain the current form that they possessed at the moment and beat visitors Harare City.
How Mine will host the inform Tsholotsho at Luveve stadium, the host will go into the match as underdogs after they were beat 3-0 by FC Platinum during their mid-week encounter at Mandava stadium. Tsholotsho will be out to revive their wining spirit after they were defeated by Chapungu during a mid-week clash.
On Sunday the action continues with CAPS united travelling to Mutare to clash with the army side Buffaloes at Sakubva Stadium. Buffaloes won their mid-week match against Dongo Sawmills and will be hoping to continue their current fine form against Makepe kepe side.
Triangle will host debutants Whawha at Gibbo Stadium, whilst Hwange and Flame Lil will square it off at the Colliery Stadium.
