Fast rising contemporary musician, Baba Harare born Braveman Chizvino is on cloud nine following his debut million-plus views on Youtube, through his chart bursting “The Reason Why” popularly referred to as Hat Dzemurara by his multitudes of fans.
Speaking to 263Chat, the “Guzuzu” hit-maker could not hide his joy crediting the video’s simple script as the main reason behind the million milestone.
“You know mamillion ndaingomanzwira kunext door (million views were only popular to me as fellow artists’ achievements) but here I am, I have bagged one for myself, thanks to my fans.
“I believe a simple script and a story line that relates with our local audience was the key to this rare achievement. I personally feel that people cannot really fall all in for a video with million dollar cars that they cannot afford,” he said.
Baba Harare will be releasing another album titled “Ramba Wakadzvanya” (keep pressing) on 11 January next year and has promised even better tracks than “The Reason Why.”
“The title self-explains the nature of this album, I will remain pressing those right buttons and people should expect even better stuff than “The Reason Why,” he added.
