Audio: City Of Harare 2015 Budget Proposal – 30 Oct 2014

The Chairperson for the Finance Committee of the City of Harare Councillor Trainos Moyo on Thursday 30 October 2014 presented a $271million budget which the City expects to adopt for the forthcoming year.
