Another Digital Payment Platform, ZymPay Launched

New players continue to throng Zimbabwe’s mobile financial technology sector as the country solidifies its footprints in structuring a cashless economy powered by digital payments solutions.

ZymPay is the latest kid on the block, with the fintech solutions service provider allowing residents in the diaspora to remit bill payments for their families in Zimbabwe using convenient technology.

The platform allows Zimbabweans to receive direct bill payments from their diaspora relatives without queuing to withdraw cash first and then settling utility bills like schools fees, water and electricity.

In an interview with Patrick Muzondo from ZymPay, he said “ZymPay is a cutting edge digital payments solutions platform which offers maximum convenience to subscribers. We recently launched a Schools Direct product packed with diverse benefits for everyone who uses the platform to settle their bills.”

“Under the payments platform, one can now simply pay tuition fees to local Zimbabwean schools, colleges or universities from anywhere in the world. The platform gives users total control of their transactions in the comfort of their homes without the need to visit traditional banking institutions” added Muzondo.

Muzondo added that any diaspora resident can easily pay schools direct into ZB Bank schools accounts using ZymPay’s mobile application available on both PlayStore, AppStore and Windows PC. The integration of the payments solution on all Internet devices brings maximum convenience to both the sender and the receiver with all transactions getting validations in real time.
