This Saturday, all roads leads to Inaki’s Meat Lounge at Helensvale shopping centre where Dee Nosh is hosting the first ever fashion night for all people of Africans tribes.
In an interview with 263Chat, Dee Nosh said it has always been his idea to promote the African fashion feel.
“Afro-Centric night is a night we have set for people to come dressed in different African attire. We encourage people to come dressed in their cultural style which means if one is from Zambia he/she should come wearing Zambian attire and those from Zimbabwe to also dress in their traditional outfits.
“This is coming from the hype of Black Panther film which is made up of African style and that is what we are celebrating this week
“We have been hosting all white party, black party and we have thought of doing something different,
“We are going to be having red carpet entry with people getting pictures the Afro-centric way and we are inviting people to come in their numbers and enjoy our own African style,” said Nosh.
Popular music producer, DJ Tamuka will be the guest DJ for the night with other spinners including DJ Iroq, DJ Sachie and Mc Stansplash also set to perform at the classic event.
