EPL Weekly

Ok guys sorry bout the previews last week, some work came up. Like the immortal Latrell Spreewell said “I gotta feed my family”… Anyway what a weekend right. I know those in the USA were on that Superbowl weekend.
How bout that Leicester, City don’t look like they have what it takes. Spurs continue on their awesome run, Arsenal finally score some goals, UTD and Chelsea ends in their usual draw, and Liverpool throw it all away (what else is new)

City took on table toppers Leicester, and lets face it, they looked second best. To the tune of 3 goals to 1. Now that scoreline doesn’t suggest luck, it just says “Hey, we are just better than you”. This stretch of games was supposed to be Leicesters undoing. I mean Liverpool, City and Arsenal in a row. But right now they are sitting on maximum points from 2 games with Arsenal next week. Even if they lose they will still be top. Right now they are playing with no pressure, and enjoying their football. Guys they are not going to fall off, bar key injuries, Leicester are a lock for CL football next season. City look a bit outta sorts. Yaya looks like he has left already. I mean Pep only comes in at the end of the season mate, keep it together. Sitting 4th now, City has a relatively ok run in. they seemed to be peaking but they got rocked, how will that affect them.

Arsenal finally scored some goals. 2 in quick succession and the game was over. Ozil looked good and so did the much maligned OX. It wasnt a vintage performance by the Gunners, but hey 3 points is 3 points. Level on points with Sp*rs going into next weeks clash with Leicester. I am convinced Flamini has some naked pics of Wenger, how he keeps starting is a mystery to me. Total liability that bloke. Soon as u think the cookie is crumbling, the Gunners come alive again.

Liverpool bottled it at the end AGAIN. I mean come on, 2 goal lead against “we don’t give a sh*t Sunderland” and you let em score 2. Mignolet is absolute dross. I mean the quicker they can get rid of that idiot the better. That free kick had no business creeping in. The 2nd he could nothing about. I blame the defence. Liverpool right now suck, and even Europa might be beyond them. Klopp will be cleaning house in the summer, best believe!! Rodgers ghost still haunts Anfield hehehe!!!

Chelsea v UTD. Hey the red devils actually looked like they wanted to win this one. Lingaard scored a beauty, after being a bit sh*t before the goal. Chelsea left Hazard on the bench, WTF!!! Oscar looked horrible. Anyway the Douche Bag Diego Costa came to the Blues rescue. The celebration though was a bit errm over the top. Like they had just won a cup. I think these guys thought they could just turn on the juice once they had gotten rid of Mou, but it is proving difficult as every team now plays Chelsea and feels they can take points away from them. Anyway they dented UTD’s hopes of top 4. Special mention to Kurt Zouma, hope he recovers soon, that hyper extension looked horrible. Having been there, i think he will be out the rest of the season.

2. Sp*rs – silently going bout their business. They are for REAL!!!
3. Arsenal – Are they back??
4. City – When they flop, they do so spectacularly
5. Man Utd- Can’t seem em making the top 4, just coz all they other teams ahead of em are that much better!!
