This year’s edition of the Chibuku Super Cup final between resurgent Bulawayo giants Highlanders and platinum miners Ngezi Platinum Stars has been set for Barbourfileds on the 30th of November 2019.
The match will kick of at 1500hrs.
Both Bosso and Ngezi have been blowing hot and cold in the local league, reached the finals after hard-fought victories from the preliminary stages of the tournament.
Highlanders, under the guidance of new Dutch coach Hendrik Pieter De Jongh are still to taste defeat and will be looking to lift the tournament and book a seat in the Confederations of African Football (CAF) Confederations Cup.
On their way to the finals, Highlanders beat rivals Dynamos 1-0 in Harare, FC Platinum 3-0 at Barbourfields and ZPC Kariba 1-0.
On the other hand, Ngezi Platinum beat Mushowani Stars 2-0, knocked out Black Rhinos 5-3 on penalties and Harare City 7-6 on penalty shoot outs after the match had ended nil all again.
