President Emmerson Mnangagwa has emphasized the need for dialogue among Zimbabweans saying it is the only out of the country’s problems.
Mnangagwa said this during the handover of hospital equipment at Natpharm yesterday.
“Three months ago, a group of doctors requested to see me at the state house and we had a chat. They poured out their grievances which is why we are all gathered here today,” said the President.
The President further emphasized the need for dialogue to find lasting solutions to problems facing the country.
“The list of medicine and equipment that they gave me, we have managed to secure 80% of it. We are happy that the meeting with the doctors has benefited everyone hence I encourage such dialogue that take the nation forward,” said Mnangagwa.
Dr Faith Muchemwa who spoke on behalf of doctors said the government intervention will make a difference and making their life easier.
“Although the response is being done in stages, we happy to say the response is bringing a great difference and making our life easier,” said Dr Muchemwa.
