Award-winning contemporary musician, Mukudzeyi “Jah Prayzah” Mukombe has penned a song for the Zimbabwe men’s national soccer team, the Warriors in an attempt to rally the team ahead of their “Harlequin” task when they take on the hosts, Egypt in the opening match of this years edition of the Africa Cup of nations (AFCON) in Egypt , Cairo this evening.
The continent’s biggest bi-annual football showpiece burst into life this evening with the Warriors taking on Egypt at 10 pm, local time.
The song was released this afternoon, only a few hours away from kick off.
