ZRP Partners HIT In Software Development Initiatives

The Zimbabwe Republic Police has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Harare Institute of Technology to promote cooperation in software enhancement and staff development.

The agreement was signed at the CID Headquarters in Harare yesterday.

“We are proud to announce that we have today entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Zimbabwe Republic Police based on cooperation in software enhancement and staff development” read an official statement from HIT’s website.

The MoU is expected to yield fruitful results is in the technology field of software development where the Harare Institute if Technology has made strides in producing graduates with cutting edge skills to capacitate the labor market with on demand digital skills.

ZRP joins a growing list of organizations such as the Zimbabwe Defense Forces, TelOne, CBZ Bank and many other corporates who have engaged HIT for various partnerships in diverse technological fields such as computer science, cybersecurity, information technology, industrial manufacturing, and chemical engineering.
