Zimbabwe Cricket all-rounder, Sikandar Raza, took to Twitter this morning to air his frustration after missing out on the Nepals’ Everest Premier League (EPL).

EPL is the biggest T20 cricket tournament in Nepal, attracting big cricket names such as South African Richard Levi, Scottish Kyle James Coetzer, England’s Paul Coughlin, and Pokhara Rhinos’ head coach Nathan Dodd

Without explaining his reason and not responding to questions forwarded to him, Raza said he was gutted by not participating in the tournament.

“Gutted to announce that I will not be part of for this season… I wish the tournament and my team @kathmandukingsxi very best of luck and hope to be part of it next year. My Sincere Apologies to all my well wishers in Nepal,” he tweeted.

Raza has in the past participated in various leagues across the world with his most being the Pakistan League.

Despite having a forgettable tour of Bangladesh last month, Raza is still one of Zimbabwe’s big match players and on a good day can turn a match on its head.
