Harare magistrate Morgan Nemadire has today set free Genius Kadungure well known as Ginimbi saying there was no case to answer.
Nemadire said the state arrested and brought Ginimbi to court without a case.
“this prosecution appears to be a failed fish which the state undertook some fishing expedition when they hauled the accused person and his former co-accused before the court hoping that they will cinvict themselves along the way,” said Nemadire.
He added that Kadungure’s lawyer was able to convince the court that his client did not have a case.
“Accused’s testimony in his defense trial was so convincing to the court,” added Nemadire.
