Military Touch Movement’s (MTM) first lady Tahle WeDzinza born Robyn Dawani is set to release her sixth single titled Dai Ndangandiri on 3 November, a day after her paymaster Jah Prayzah’s Chitubu launch.
Speaking to 263Chat ahead of her launch, the 20-year old said Dai Ndangandiri is a prayer that touches struggles people go through to make it in life.
“I wouldn’t want to pre-empty too much but Dai Ndangandiri is a lamentation or prayer which touches on the struggles that people go through to make their dreams a reality,” she said.
“I am a cross-genre artist, I straddle more than one genre, blending different genres to create specific sound and in some occasions work with a specific genre and execute it differently from the norm. So this time I am on a trap fusion,” continued the Give Me More hit-maker.
Speaking on fears of Dai Ndangandiri getting overshadowed by her paymaster, Jah Prayzah who will be launching his latest work, Chitubu, a night before, she said, “We are from the stable so it’s not a competition of any sort I believe every artist has a target audience.”
She will be supported by Inno The Guitarist and Sound DNA Top New Artists.
