I Brought Ntouba to Dembare: Mubaiwa

As problems mount at the Harare giants, Dynamos, supporters are divided over the fate of under fire Chairperson Keni Mubaiwa with a section calling for his head for failing to handle the issue of prolific Cameroonian striker, Christian Ntouba who is reportedly on his way out of the Glamour Boys.

Mubaiwa was conspicuous by her absence from the battle of Zimbabwe at Rufaro Stadium pitting Dynamos and Highlanders.

In an interview with 263Chat, Mubaiwa defended himself saying he brought Ntouba to Dynamos with no-one knowing him.

“I brought Ntouba last year to Dembare with no-one knowing him but today I am the devil because we are failing to meet what some of the players want, but these people they don’t know what exactly is happening in the team.

“Ntouba is having a problem because of someone who is wrongly advising him, NetOne is responsible for giving players their signing on fee and I know they have transferred money into his account, but he is demanding us to give him the money in form of United Stated Dollars. He is refusing the transfer and we have made an agreement with him on how we are going to give him his money.

“If the fans really want Ntouba to play they can donate dollar each and from the 7 million supported the club has, only 15 000 supporters can give Ntouba his money,” said Mubaiwa
