The former Dynamos, Highlanders and Yadah FC striker, Rodrick Mutuma is training with the Harare giants Caps United raising speculation that he could be on his way for a second date with the green army.
Mutuma joined Caps United in 2015 before leaving midway through the season back to Dynamos where he also left for Highlanders and Prophet Walter Magaya’s Yadah FC.
In an interview with Makepekepe gaffer, Lloyd Chitembwe said he was surprised to see Mutuma training with his team.
“I saw him today at training, maybe he has asked other coaches to train with the team but there is no deal.
“This is not the correct time to talk about fitness, but I will be in the correct position to talk about the fitness of the player after six weeks of pre-season training,” said Chitembwe.
This afternoon Caps United had a friendly match against police side Black Mambas in which ‘The Prince’ featured in the second half.
Makepekepe won the game one nil courtesy of former Dynamos and FC Platinum star, Wisdom Mutasa.
Mutasa has already won the hearts of Makepekepe loyalists after bagging a hat trick in another friendly match against Yadah FC earlier this week.
