South African based business magnate and FreeZim Congress President, Joseph Busha has laid into Movement for Democratic Change (MDC-T) leader, Morgan Tsvangirai saying he is not fit for the country’s top job.
Busha said Tsvangirai will not be fit enough for the presidency and is not a good candidate to unseat the Mugabe led Zanu PF government out of power in the 2018 elections.
“With all due respect, Morgan Tsvangirai will not lead the country out of this mess because the presidency is too big for him. Here is a person who hasn’t been feeling well and is surrounded by people who are hungry for power. His coalition partners are only there because they want to siphon the little money that he has left,” said Busha.
He added that Tsvangirai, a former Trade Unionist is being surrounded by vultures who will leave him once they gain what they desire.
Busha poured called water on the MDC Alliance, saying it does not represent the will of the people and should not be trusted.
He, however, offered himself as an alternative solution to the problems bedeviling the country saying he has put in place strategies that will revive the ailing economy and poor socio-political services.
Turning to President Mugabe, Busha said the political grand master Mugabe, had betrayed the nation and he was no longer eligible to be the head of state.
“President Mugabe has failed totally, he has run down the country and that is a fact,” he said.
“You do not need 41 ministries, what you need is accountability and good governance including rule of law. We want authentic leadership, leaders who are sensitive to people’s needs, not selfish people,” he noted.
Busha bemoaned the existence of repressive laws in Zimbabwe, urging Zimbabweans to dump the nonegenarian out of power in the next plebiscite.
“His pension should start to be calculated now because in 2018 he will not be in office, and I am ready to assist him to manage his pension fund as well as planning for the future of his children because I am an entrepreneur,” said the businessman cum politician.
