Liquid Telecom Zimbabwe recently participated in the just ended customer service week through hosting clients in its state of the art Network Operations Center (NOC) at the operator’s headquarters at ZB Life Towers. Liquid is currently the country and Africa’s biggest wholesale carrier network after successfully building a robust fiber optic infrastructure which spans 17 000km around Zimbabwe and a total 50 000km across Africa.
Speaking during the customer service week tour, Liquid Telecom Zim’s chief operating officer – Martin Mushambadope expressed gratitude towards the resolute business partnership they have with the Zimbabwean market. He also took a chance to narrate the telecom giant’s journey and how the operator is now strategically working towards providing total connectivity to every African bushiness by the year 2020.
