What is supposed to be the safest mode of transport for citizens has turned out to be the worst nightmare. Going home is no longer something to look forward to because of the harassment by touts at the ranks.
Touts have lost respect for citizens as they seen pulling women from all directions just to board their commuter omnibus or private car.
Two deaths have occurred at the hands of these touts.
Traffic Safety Council of Zimbabwe (TSCZ) and Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) need to pull up their socks and do something about this.
