Popular Zimdancehall star Freeman on Saturday joined the Prophetic Healing Ministries (PHD) in celebrating their first anniversary of their exquisite hotel in Waterfalls hotel at a colorful ceremony that was also graced by the first family of gospel music Baba naMai Charamba.
The hotel which was built in six months and have hosted a the national teams especially football came alive with Prophet Walter Magaya welcoming guests calling for a Rhumba song as well as Soul Jah Love’s Pama Monya Ipapo before introducing HKD boss Freeman on stage.
The Dzivarasekwa based chanter Freeman opened his act with his song Interview featuring Daruler, igniting the place before applauding Magaya for giving him time to perform at the hotel.
“Thank your prophet Magaya for giving me a platform to perform celebrating a year of this hotel which is one of the best in Zimbabwe”
“I am also a Christian, we need to thank God for everything.
“Keep on supporting local artists, let it not end with me and i have composed a song for Prophet Magaya” said Freeman.
his one hoer long performance was followed by the Charambas who performed songs from their latest album released early this year.
Magaya’s Waterfalls Hotel was officially opened by Tourism Minister Walter Mzembi early this year which boast of villas, conference room and guest houses, among other facilities.
