Seh Calaz Apologize To Girlfriend Moira Knight

Mbare born Zimdancehall star, Seh Calaz has taken to Facebook to apologize to his fiance Moira Knight whom he allegedly bashed two weeks ago.

The popular Zimdancehall chanter who has previously won a Social Message award for his song Usamurove which spoke against gender based violence, had not publicly spoken about the incidence that led to his separation with Moira Knight, daughter to former Radio Zimbabwe Disc Jockey, Eric Knight.

Writing on his Facebook page, Calaz said he unreservedly apologize to his fiance, family, friends and fans for the way he conducted himself.

“I felt it is important for me to break my silence over the issue involving my fiancé Moira Knight which made headlines, news 2 weeks ago. I unreservedly apologies to my fiancée Moira Knight, family, friends, and my Fans” said Seh Calaz

Calaz added that cases of domestic violence must get equal attention regardless of the social standing of the persons involved.

“I am asking for forgiveness from all the women for the way I conducted myself in a domestic dispute It is my fiancée, i hope that cases of domestic violence gets the same attention in society not just those involving celebrities,” said Calaz.

He expressed his commitment to keep on spreading the gospel of zero tolerance against domestic violence saying he will continue to sing about issues that affect communities.

“I promise to carry myself in a better way going forward and I will not stop singing about issues that matter in our communities because I can fall short as an individual” said Calaz.

Moira who is still in the United Kingdom blamed Calaz behavior on fame which she said was getting into the head of the popular Zimdancehall chanter.

In an interview with a local newspaper Moira Knight said, “At his album launch, Calaz was given $7500 and akavhunduka mari iyoyo because he has never had such an amount of money in his life. He thinks I want his money so I believe that is the reason why he is now treating me like this.”
